Since March 2020, Anthony has been the Lead Pastor at Bethany Church in the vibrant and growing city of Kitchener, Ontario. With a vision to lead people into a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ, the expectations at Bethany are alive with promise.
Anthony & his wife Sonja have two adult sons, AJ and Alexander, both of which have pursued their own dreams in life and career and now reside in the nation’s capital, Ottawa, Ontario. Their daughter Gloria is a wonderful young lady,
They are also blessed with three grandsons, Donovan, Austin and Evander, who are the most amazing young boys in the whole world.

Joed Dominique
Associate Pastor (Worship, Youth & K!DS Ministries)
About Joed
Joed Dominique comes to Bethany with a diverse background of ministry experience. He has been a pastor, worship director, youth director, and Sunday School teacher among other things. He began in pastoral ministry in 2011 while serving in Haiti for a period of 7 years. There he met his wife Edilia, and together they gave leadership to an orphanage of 40 children and a church of 3 sites. Joed is committed to building a community of people who engage in life-changing, soul-refreshing, and God-glorifying service. In his spare time, Joed enjoys the world of politics and Netflix. He also watches (and endures) reality TV with Edilia, with a good slice of key lime or lemon cream pie for support.

Kyle Upton
Associate Pastor (Connection & Care Ministries)
About Kyle
Originally from Lindsay, Ontario Kyle has been actively involved in pastoral care at Bethany since April 2022. He is committed first and foremost to building the local church by leading some amazing volunteers in various aspects of congregational life. As the husband of Amy, and father to Stanley, life is full of gratitude and together they enjoy walks in nature and spending time with family.

Abe has been coming to Bethany since the day he was born. Abe is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus in ministry and in life. Since January 2020, he has been on staff in Worship and Youth Ministries. And has just accepted the role of Spark Youth Director.
Both he and his wife Rileigh, love coffee and enjoy cooking all sorts of food together.

Susan has been coming to Bethany since her early teens. She is passionate about helping people and with her background of 20+ years in the customer service industry,
knows how to help people with what is needed. She has been married to Mike for 20 years and has 2 wonderful children, all who help when and where they can at Bethany.

Meghan Osborne
Administration (K!DS Ministry, Plan to Protect)
About Meghan
Meghan has attended church her whole life but just joined Bethany in 2024. She's excited to apply her skills in devotion and helping others to the Bethany K!DS program. Currently pursuing a PhD in Biological and Chemical Sciences at Wilfrid Laurier University, she serves as the K!DS coordinator and Plan to Protect Administrator, using her biblical knowledge, experience with children, and organizational skills. Meghan can be found greeting children and overseeing the children’s ministry on Sunday mornings. Feel free to stop her for a chat!

About Jacob
Jacob Moore came to the team at Bethany in 2022, having previously served as the Technical Manager at a church in Guelph for nearly ten years. Jacob is dedicated to utilizing his God-given talents in A/V, lighting, and IT to serve Him, Bethany, and its mission. Jacob is currently earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree at Humber Polytechnic (formerly Humber College). During his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and learning Japanese.

Dwight is a vital part of our church family and the dedicated individual who ensures our church building remains as beautiful and welcoming as ever. His attention to detail, commitment, and cheerful attitude make him a true blessing to our community. Dwight often shares how grateful he is for the opportunity to serve the Lord through his work, considering it both a privilege and an honour to care for God's house in this way.
Dwight has a deep passion for outreach ministry, particularly in serving those who are homeless and in need. Through his involvement with DTKO (Downtown Kitchener Outreach), Dwight has become a compassionate and active presence in this important work, living out the Gospel in tangible and impactful ways.
Outside of his service at the church and in the community, Dwight cherishes time spent with his three daughters. Whether it's sharing a laugh, enjoying family moments, or simply being present, his love for them shines through.
We are truly thankful for Dwight and all he brings to our church—not just through his work, but through his heart, his faith, and his example of humble service.
