From beginning to ending of Jesus earthly assignment bread was foundational in our understanding of the relationship He desires with us. The powers of darkness seek to deprive saints of the sustenance of Living Bread. Our ears (and heart) need to hear what the Spirit is saying to the church in 2025.

Pastor Anthony Does relays the idea of our fellowship around the bread. To be a “companion” is to be a “bread-fellow” as the word comes from the Latin, “to eat bread with”. Those in Christ are “bread-fellows” sojourners on a journey towards heaven. Part of our daily bread is our shared life together with one another, sharing an effectual summons from the Divine Bread Himself.
